Resolve and report
Document remediation decisions and export an HTML evidence report or versioned JSON record. Scope, findings and review context stay together for PCI DSS evidence work.
REVIEW CONTEXT
Add annotations that stay with the scan.
Record a review outcome and note against each finding. Both are saved with the scan history and included in the evidence report, keeping decisions and follow-up alongside the result they relate to.
