Detection quality stays the same. Paid editions use the same complete scanner and differ only by their contractual installation allowance.
Online paid licences renew automatically each year until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid licence term. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale. Trial and paid use are governed by the Software Licence Agreement. Both are available to review before checkout.
